I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and conveniently located near the main road and powerhouse area, making it easy to access everything I needed. The food was delicious, with good variety and quality. Service was excellent—staff were very cooperative, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I reached hotel on 8.30 a.m . Thay aloocate me my room after 2 hour. For that 2 hour he charged me Rs. 500. But I disagree with them. That's why I am not satisfied this type of service.

Bedsheets, pillow cover looked used and dirty.. mosquitoes were there.
as I reached there after driving for almost 13 hour, I hadn't complained anything and just slept due to tiredness

Worst receptionist, worst room service and the room was not at all hygienic. They didn’t provided towels have to call them 3 times after that they gave towels.

We are customer from 2008.now we have to think a separation .I have wasted my money ,time and energy.this hotels room was disgusting.suffocated room .don't rely the hotel authority.
