Staff was very accommodating, the Bed and bathroom were adequately clean however I did notice the room was overall was not as clean as it should be dust and dirt on the windowsill layer of dust on the Shelf in the bathroom a few straight hairs here and there I think overall housekeeping could be improved but the important part the bed and the bathroom were exceptionally clean. I would say though for the price they are asking per night is steep for what you're getting

The pool was closed as expected for this time of year. The motel was in a great location right on the Tent.

Beautiful scenery
Definitely dated but very clean. Beautiful scenery ! May be a little pricey but I expected that on a Saturday on a long weekend.

The motel was filled with people who appeared to live there. People were sleeping in tents on the property. The Queen size bed was smaller then a Twin bed. The staircase to get to the second floor was wobbly and felt unsafe.

We had a wonderful stay at this motel with our children. The backyard was lovely, with decks, a fireplace, a small basketball area, and a playground that the kids really enjoyed. It was a very relaxing space with a beautiful view of the river right from our room. The room itself was spotless, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for a family weekend getaway or a friends’ gathering. Highly recommended !

Proprietor was friendly and helpful .When a plumbing problem emerged..We were moved to the room next door.
Proprietor gave me a toothbrush when i asked..i had left mine at home.
The beds were comfortable.
We liked that our room overlooked the Trent Rivrr..In fact, all rooms overlooked the Trent River.
At night there was quiet in.the motel..Quiet hours were visibly posted..This made for restful sleeping.
There was an unheated outdoor pool which we took abvantage of. Perhaps the gate should be locked when not in use to.prevent unsupervisedchildren or non- swimmers from entering and falling into the pool..

The owners are very nice rooms are extremely clean....i enjoy the family suite thats what i book all the time....little pricey for being out of toronto comparables ..right on the water wich is peaceful unfortunately the pool is not little kid friendly as theres no stairs to get in and out or myself with that has difficulty walking...but ill take cleanliness and great staff anytime
