Room and location fine. Staff also generally friendly. My rating is based on us reserving a King and being told they don’t have any due to a wedding so we got a double Queen. Not the end of the world obviously but their explanation was poor, saying it’s because we booked through ******* so don’t have priority. If we booked a King we should get a King or they should pull themselves off of ******* if they dislike 3rd parties so much. I had to ask several times and escalate to the manager to get some type of consolation which ended up being one breakfast for me and my wife. They did say we can switch to a King likely next day but once unpacked did not want to do.

我们在这里住了两晚。花了将近600美元，我们本来以为会住得更好。结果隔音效果一点也不好。第一天晚上，孩子们从晚上11点开始就在走廊和楼上的房间里跑来跑去，又喊又叫。我们入住的两天都没有客房服务。床还可以，但每人只有一个枕头（我们一共四个人），而且枕头很平，不得不卷起来才能舒服些。热水浴缸是唯一的亮点，因为水温在40摄氏度左右，很舒服，也算舒适。健身房有不错的有氧运动器材，但饮水机坏了。我们去Airbnb探亲，后悔自己没这么做。下次我们只选择靠近布斯凯山的Airbnb。
工作人员热情友好，乐于助人。酒店小酒馆的菜单有限，但繁忙的马路对面有两家餐厅。泳池比照片上看起来小得多，热水浴缸也太热了。房间略小，但布局合理。
浴室里留着用过的毛巾，这有点令人失望。
房间里没有保险箱。
