The Phillips remote is a universal remote control purchased on amazon. Open key does not look like it was properly installed by user. Front desk signage is located in 4 spots but when you were driving the wrong way to enter you could have missed it. We hope you do have a pleasant week ahead and thank you for your valuable feedback!
酒店回复: Hi there, thank you for your recent stay with us. I recall our interactions differently and am disappointed in your inaccurate responses. I personally assisted you each call, we had a laugh about the operational error on the brand new ac/heat unit and how it was not placed on the right settings. Later on the wifi call I offered the switch to a bigger room with better reaching wifi without any cost adjustments. We accommodated within minutes and did not hear back from you. Had there been other issues in your room we could have helped you. The jets no longer work in any of the rooms due to forced transitions with PG&E and do not offer them as a feature when you stay with us. Housekeeping does not recall any issues with your sheets or otherwise and had you brought it to our attention at the time we could have addressed your needs. But going online afterwards weeks later does not help!

Nice drive to Hollister. Huge clean room. Everything was good for Hollister. Free parking, nice people, nice lil town. Beds are hard but I layed blankets underneath and all better.

The rooms are very run down with peeling floors and moldy showers. The decor is very drab and the bed was hard as a rock and of low quality. The location is great but I won't be staying there again.

Corners of the room were dirty. Wish room had a bag for our dirty laundry. Our shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty. The stick under the bed was slanted, I was afraid it would break.

房间里的乙烯基地板很脏，浴室水槽排水不畅，淋浴/浴缸很旧，淋浴喷头坏了，所以喷出的水就像花园水管一样只有一股水流。毛巾是你能找到的最便宜、破旧、粗糙的东西。第一晚过后，我意识到我到达时滑动玻璃门没有完全关闭或锁好。wifi 可以连接，但很少有互联网服务。床垫很旧，可以感觉到弹簧，枕头很平，即使叠起 3 个也几乎没用。电视没有流媒体服务，遥控器是错误的电视（飞利浦遥控器是 Vizio 电视的），所以大多数按钮控制都不起作用。天黑后入住酒店非常困难，开门钥匙不能用，所以我不得不找前台（这几乎是不可能的），因为前台灯光昏暗，也没有标牌。最后但同样重要的一点是，现场的酒吧和烧烤店在 8:30 就停止供应食物（即使是在周五晚上），所以这里为客人提供的食物很少。
