An excellent budget hotel with tastefully done rooms, extremely helpful staff, and one of the best breakfast spreads. I stayed for a week for work. The location of the hotel is perfect - there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance, my work place was very close by. The rooms are clean and tidy, and well maintained. Any complaints and service requests were attended to promptly. The front desk staff was very helpful and co-operative. The staff overall is always smiling, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast spread is the best among hotels in the area - there is a wide variety of choice, the food is tasty and fresh, and the menu is never repeated. Overall, a perfect choice for budget business travellers.

All users of this hotel please note that you will not get GST E-Invoice (With GST QR) at the time of check-out. I did a multiple numbers of booking with Shoolin Grand but every time they failed to share GST E-Invoice. Ever after 2 months of a guest check-out. This is the reason our company stopped doing business with them. Finance team of Shoolin Grand is totally incompetent's and GST non compliance.

first when we reach the hotel ,there was no water even to take bath ,the toilet flush wasnt working properly, we had to shift to the other room ,but there again the AC was abnormally noisy so we shift to other room again and there again the room could not be locked from inside n some staff kept opening the door without pressing the bell or knocking, overall experience was very bad , the only good thing abt this hotel was food.
