I just had the worst nights sleep in my life. My wife and I literally slept on a box spring at your motel. I travel a lot for the United Methodist Church and for the Federal government and I’ve never had the experience I had on last night. My wife and I had just attended my brother’s funeral and we were exhausted and just wanted to get a good nights sleep. That didn’t happen. I know now to stay clear of your motel and others under that name. Believe me I’m going to share this experience with everyone I know

The room was filthy therefore I requested a refund but didn’t receive one

A request for a refund 4 hrs. after check-in without any reason for it was made to the clerk on duty and then a online complaint after 6 hrs.? The clerk would have moved you to a room of your satisfaction.
