We stayed over night after a walk during the day. 6 of us sat down to a delicious meal where steak is a part of the offering. The service by the front of house manager was exceptional (sorry can't remember his Italian bane) and made the birthday weekend even getter.

Stayed only for one night as had a wedding. Loved this perfect little hotel,decor bathrooms and breakfast were the highlights. Only downside for me was the room was cold(tried the air con to heat it but didn’t work) maybe an extra blanket in the rooms would be nice.Parking directly across the road was a plus. Staff were 10/10.

Stayed for a night at the Swan as a base for exploring the nearby Devil’s Punch Bowl, only 20 minutes away by car. Parking just opposite was convenient, and the pub has a lovely atmosphere. We had a room with 2 floors and a balcony, sited at the rear of the building so away from any road noise. It was great price if booked direct through the pub’s website. Clean, spacious and comfortable. We also had dinner there on the evening we stayed and the food and service were excellent - beautiful steak, venison and sticky toffee pudding - compliments to the chef and staff. If we are ever back in the area, I would have no hesitation in staying again.

Lovely rooms with air conditioning. The owner is very friendly as is Fabio the manager. Great Breakfast and the two dinners we had were fabulous, the steak was out of this world,what more do you need ? Highly Recommended

Wedding was held here. I personally didn't sleep there but used a room to change. The whole place is clean and tidy the food was good and the service exceptional.

I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and the Swan Inn has now become my favourite all round experience. The food is exceptional and the room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. After a fault in pricing I booked the room at a highly reduced rate and the owner honoured the rate and couldn't of been any more welcoming or kinder. This a hidden gem that could charge so much more due to the high level of hospitality and the quality of everything from the food to the rooms. Rarely do you come across these kind of places where the attention to detail is so high. I will definitely be returning.

We were in Chiddingfold for our wedding, so us and our families ended up booking the whole hotel for 2 nights. We can't praise them enough, because everything was excellent. From the spacious and clean rooms, to the delicious food. But where they excelled was the service and hospitality, they made everyone feel at home and well looked after...I don't think I've stayed with an empty glass for more than a minute. I honestly can't recommend them enough. Keep up the great work guys!

The Swann Inn was beautiful. We stayed one night, with our 14 year old daughter. Our room had a sit out balcony and our bed was upstairs. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was also very good. Jay (the manager?) was very attentative, friendly and helpful. A fantastic stay - thank you
