Location is about the only thing this hotel has going for it. The rooms are small and furniture is old and chipped and the pieces look like they were cobbled together from a tag sale. The staff pounds on your door at 10am to get you up and out. Classy.

Very nice place to stay. It’s close to everything: restaurants, shops, concerts. The only inconvenience is the loud heater/fan that we had to turn off in the middle of the night and rather taking colder room temperature than the noise.

Television failed on arrival with an array of white dots on the screen. I Goggled and the solution was to replace the TV
Later the entire television went offline with the message “no signal”.
The evening was not pleasant without any media. I expected better

Excellent location in downtown Northampton. Everything in walking distance. Lovely historical hotel.

总体来说还不错 但每天房价差别挺大的 周末房价高很多
一个月来第二次入住，第一次入住体验感不错，但是这次非常糟糕，酒店空调系统的室外机就在我的房间311正下方，没做任何隔音处理，非常非常吵！我整个晚上都没睡着，没休息好第二天坐车去纽约机场都晕车了，很沮丧！
酒店位置很好，在小镇中心，古色古香
很有历史的酒店，走廊有点阴森，房间里有很多奇怪/嘈杂的声音。地板凹凸不平。我把充电器忘在酒店了，但酒店拒绝当天帮我取回，只是说找不到了。无论如何我都不会再来了。
