It is not always about how attractive or comfortable accommodation is- a lot has to do with the Management & staff. This is why I have to commend and give thanks to Mr Karan at the reception and Sagar with the hospitality at this very wonderful Hotel. My stay here was exceptional- immaculate rooms that were neat and clean, crisp bed linen nicely done up and a beautiful decor. The food was delicious and I had the most restful night. Thanks to the delightful staff and management - you made my stay at Ranikhet memorable and pleasant. I will always come back here.
