there was no water in room from morning 6 to i even after calling multiple times and informing.we came for a client meeting which we had to cancel because this unprofessional attitude..reception people even stopped picking the call and responding..I had to incure huge capital loss because of this

The rooms where clean and good. But hot water was not working. Warm water was available

Room interiors were really good and we all liked it. On the ground floor, there is udupi kitchen and the food they serve is authentic and tasty. However, the showers poured cold water and didn't get the freshness, post the bath. +parking has to be improved.

no hot water, No cleaning on time, TV did not work for 3 days, hopefully they will improve after seeing this
