A lovely inn. Well cared for. Rooms were clean, Ronna very kind and accommodating. Very tranquil. Close to Spring Lake town and beach.

Our room was fantastic. It was very clean, and I loved the way it was decorated. The location was quite different from other places I've stayed in the area. The large pond in the back made it extra special. The staff also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Had a slip and fall in tub due to bath mat. No one was available to render first aid, no ice available.

酒店回复: I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. This has never happened before; I was present the entire time and was also kept informed by the housekeeper. Ice packs were provided. Your group assured me you were okay at that time, or we would have called for additional help. We are again sorry this happened on her 80th birthday.

I had such a peaceful stay at Walden on the Pond. The cozy atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. Thank you for the warm hospitality. Specially thanks to owner Ronna she was so nice from the beginning until the end of our stay.

The owner gave us beach passes which I bought home by mistake. I returned them by mail. She unauthorized went into my account and charge me $200 for un returned Beach passes which I did return. She ignored my text. I asked for a refund because I wanted to come back and visit her establishment and she refused, This owner Ronna is more concerned with money than keeping a good relationship with her customers! She unauthorized went into our account and charged us 200 dollars!! I was willing to return every birthday and she would’ve made a lot more money than that $200 that she charged me unjustly!
