Excellent experience. We’ll definitely be back! We stayed in the legend of Asia room, which is absolutely beautiful with the four poster canopy bed and fireplace. It was very cozy and romantic. The breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the hot tub which is a nice touch to have on site. Charles is an excellent host and very friendly. We had such a great time. This is a place we will definitely come back to!

We love the hospitality of this quaint B&B. We are returning customers, and quite frankly, there's no other B&B that we have stayed in that comes near Charles' establishment. We stayed in the very clean and beautifully decorated Legend of Asia room this time, which rivaled our previous stay in the Margory Stone room. The unique breakfasts, for both mornings, were exquisite and delicious, he puts his heart and a lot of thought into what he prepares. We also appreciated and enjoyed the clean and very private hot tub. The Silver Heart Inn is notorious for creating great and romantic memories and we will certainly return to experience the other charming cottages that he has to offer.

My wife and I stayed at the Silver Heart Inn for a short honeymoon on what may be the coldest night of the winter! Didn't matter how cold it was outside - the Inn was warm and inviting. Charles anticipated every need that we had and really made our stay special. The house is fantastic - so much beauty and history! Highly recommended! We'll be back when it's warmer and we can enjoy the experience inside and out.

We stayed here for two nights over the weekend. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were cozy. It was quiet for the most part. It has private off street parking. The hosts were kind and accommodating.

Our stay at silver heart was absolutely amazing. The owner went above and beyond for our stay and we can not thank him and the staff enough. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. The food was delicious (homemade food makes everything so much more homey) and the room was immaculate! We could not recommend a better place to stay at in Kansas City. We will be retuning.

Beautiful home built in 1856. We stayed in the Legend of Asia room which was beautifully decorated, very clean, & had a comfortable bed. The breakfast each morning was delicious & the hospitality was superb. Charles is super friendly & accommodating and Cat is very sweet. We highly recommend!

Hosts were gracious and accommodating, the Napolian Stone room was private and comfortable. Food was delicious and the grounds and the hot tub were beautiful additions to our stay. We neglected to get a code to enter the property when we were out late one evening, but the host was apologetic and made up for it with his graciousness and kindness.

We enjoyed our stay in superb accommodations with superior hospitality. We heartily recommend to anyone needing accommodations in Kansas City. And we can’t say enough about the breakfast, not the normal over easy or scrambled eggs, but fantastic experience with imaginative egg dishes.
