This is our third stay. It’s convenient for family get togethers. If you need to be in the Bucktown/Wicker Park area it’s a great place to stay. Very walkable to shops and dining. Wonderful staff. It’s our go to hotel.

Really lovely staff here and comfortable rooms. They are lacking a little personality with no decor but are well appointed and nice.
Must try the restaurant, Cafe Robey. Hotel is right next to the super convenient train line. Also, great area because you’re in a lively spot that feels like real Chicago but not in the hubbub and tourist centric downtown.
Be wary if you arrive early, no guarantee of early check-in and if you arrive on Friday the front desk might be overwhelmed with event/wedding and hotel guests checking in.
Still, really enjoyed my stay here!

I was initially given Rm 312 which I have stayed in before which is over the nightclub and very noisy. I asked to be moved to a quiet room. Being handicap accessible was not necessary, but the hotel was able to move us on a very busy weekend which was hugely appreciated. The new room in the 5th floor was great. It is a small and very busy hotel and everyone there is very nice. I especially like the all day brunch in the restaurant. Highly recommend!
