I was really let down by my stay at this hotel. Finding the place was slightly tricky, but that was the least of our problems. Things went downhill the moment we stepped into the room. The staff lacked warmth and didn’t seem interested in helping guests. Inside our room, we were shocked to find black mold on the ceiling and walls, stained bed sheets, and a towel marked with lipstick. The bathroom was equally unhygienic, making it impossible to stay there comfortably. We ended up leaving to book another place that same night. My parents’ room wasn’t any better — the paint was peeling, and the overall upkeep was poor. When we asked to switch rooms, the staff claimed there were none available, even though that clearly wasn’t the case. No apology or effort was made to fix the situation. To top it off, the photos online were completely misleading; the reality was nowhere close to what was advertised. Overall, this was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve had, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

We had one of the nicest stays at the Coastal Pearl, Miramar. The staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for dining, sightseeing and commuting in and out of Panjim. We enjoyed bird-watching from our balcony and breakfast was always a surprise... very nice Indian breakfast dishes, a different one every day and delicious omelettes to order. Thanks to everyone at the Coastal Pearl for looking after us. A BIG thumbs up for the super chefs Sanjay, Rukmani, Anil & Renuka and the housekeeping & reception team!

I booked this hotel one month ago. Room Pics are misleading. Staff is very rude and not helpful.. Breakfast is pathetic... I checked out next day and went to another hotel

I paid 4k per day but it wasn't worth it.... Room size mentioned on MMT was 250sqft but actual size was not even 100sqft..
*** on the reception wasn't cooperative at all... after calling and complaining about it to MMT, they shifted us to a little bigger room that was barely 150sqft..
Room corners, basin areas were dirty.. they don't even have a cupboard in the room.. they have provided metal shelves which have no door...
even the locker is kept in the open.. anyone can easily take it away..
Breakfast had only 2 options eggs and some veg option of the day... which they serve in a shed on the backside of the hotel (parking converted in to pantry)...
Overall it wasn't a pleasant stay...A big Nooo
