The Hotel was luxurious and all the services was fine , but there was no wifi , which was much required for anyone , the cottage which we stayed had no network in our phones neither they provided wifi , we were very much disappointed on this . Could you please look into this . very disappointed as there was no wifi service provided to us in the cottage despite of we booking such luxurious hotel

Had an amazing stay here, very close to nature and outside city's hustle-bustle. Staff is very polite & food is awesome.

The place is good, we stayed there for one night. The cottage was clean and spacious. They also gave extra bed. The complementary breakfast was also good. The campus is huge and they have a swimming pool and kids play area as well, but we didn't get time to go there, as we were travel-ling to hyd.

Pathetic service, food is worst, bed sheet was not clean pillow was not there they have charged alot but service was not there

The rooms at the main hotel are good. however cottages need attention. The food at their restaurant is very good.
The staff is very courteous.

Huge property but no management, very rudely behaviour, we reached at 1630 hrs till time room not prepare, bathroom was sticky, hanger are broken. No telephone assistant properly. One person mr rohit handled all guest.

Ambeince of this place is amazing. Staff is polite and helpful. Food is yummy only negative is service and found washbasin is clogging and not resolved during 2 days stay. Feel under-staffing is issue as morning free breakfast is ample and tasty but flow is missing in filling the dishes in respective food cart on timely basis. May be proper communication is needed on availability of breakfast itemsas some people are dumping food more than required on plate as it’s free breakfast. Kind of war zone during breakfast hours. Sad but true. Proper planning on these might make this place much better place to stay.
