Bathroom was filthy and covered in mould around the bath , first time ever I’ve had to open a window in February to try and cool a room down as the heating was stuck on high , on top of this there was no running hot water in the bathroom ( this was sorted eventually)

Comfortable large bed, in a large clean room. Very noisy from rooms on floor above. Disappointing breakfast at neighbouring restaurant, as it had been very busy due to lots of visiting families because of school holidays

No problems with the room or staff at Premier Inn but the cook house which they are attached to for breakfast and dinner was very poor. Breakfast which was £10.99 was stone cold bacon was not cooked and everything had been sat for ages as eggs were congealed and hard. No way worth the money and we only booked for the one breakfast...thank goodness.

Thank you for a lovely nights stay. The young man on reception who checked me in was professional. My room was clean and I slept very well. I asked for fresh towels, more tea and milk , this was done quickly. Evening meal was very nice, breakfast was very nice and hot. Will definitely stay again for when working in the area.

This is the first 1 I’ve ever given. Run down, dirty and smelly. Decore is very tired. No indication that the restaurant is separate from the hotel, a damp trip in pouring rain. The food was inedible - my thai curry had obviously been sitting out in the warm for hours and had a thick skin on it. Staff seemed stressed and grumpy. Miles off what we’ve experienced in other premier inns. The 1 is for the lady in reception who was trying to do her best in impossible circumstances. Book elsewhere
