The AC unit in our room was dirty and created a musty smell. You could see a bunch of dust built up on the intake vent. Hotel management wouldn't talk with me and instead had their desk clerk handle it. They wouldn't offer a discount or even Hilton Honor points. I've been traveling for years for business and pleasure and have never experienced anything like that at another Hampton.

Bed was so uncomfortable and something was running outside that sounded like a generator ran off and on all night. You spend almost $300 for a very uncomfortable bed and loud noise all night. Should get a refund

If the laundry room had been working, would have been 5 Stars. However, they communicated with another hotel next door and I was able to get my son’s uniform washed. So they did help me out..

Great hotel!!
Stopped here while traveling through as we've done before. We love this Hampton! Night time check-in staff AND morning staff are amazing!! So friendly, helpful and efficient! Hotel is clean and well maintained. Parking lot is well lit at night and easy to get in and out of. Breakfast is hot and fresh. Highly recommend this hotel!
