We picked this hotel as it was close to Butchard Gardens and we have stayed at some Holiday Inns in other places before . It was one of the more reasonably priced hotels. Friendly staff , clean room. It also has an outdoor pool.

After reading the reviews about this hotel we weren’t sure what to expect. We were really pleasantly surprised, the hotel was clean, in a good location, and had a nice heated pool. We had a regular room with 2 beds, the beds are very comfortable with a choice of four pillows per bed. There is a gym which has basic equipment, you need to walk through the gym to access the pool which had a nice pool deck. We did not try the restaurant attached to the hotel because of the reviews we read! While expensive to stay here, it was a nice stay.

We stayed here for 1 night, during a swim meet. I was quite surprised that the hotel did not offer a breakfast, as, most do now-a-days. Especially the large chains, such as this. Other than that, the hotel was a standard Howard Johnson. From our window, the suites on the lower level look quite nice, with patios by the pool!

Typical Holiday Inn. Basic services, clean and Vannit at front desk was great. Free parking, close proximity to Victoria and restaurants close by. The first room we were booked into had some damage so asked to move. Second room was fine. Thanks.

房间卫生还可以，但比较简陋，没有热水壶，只有最简单的咖啡机，让人惊讶的是，竟然连瓶装水都没有提供。前台印度小哥，办入住也很慢，问了各种信息输入电脑后，最后竟然给我个表格让我把刚才的信息再填写一遍，这入住效率在加拿大确实第一次遇见。现在是淡季，空房很多，竟然给我安排了一个紧靠电梯的房间，我说能否换一间，他说那就要加钱升级，彻底无语了。总之感受很一般，不推荐。

安全干净。淋浴间明亮，水温和水量都足够。
我的房间面向高速公路，所以24小时都有些吵。我可以忍受，但对噪音敏感的人肯定不喜欢，尤其是睡眠不好的人。
你可以在走廊里续水，但是咖啡不能续杯。
工作人员友善热情，乐于助人。
另外，你需要主动要求客房服务员过来。
