Staff & Management: Friendly, patient, fun and helpful staff were a highlight of my weeks stay. The polite calming bond and attentiveness between Management(HM; Emma, DM; Sam, DM; Milad) was a pure pleasure to witness & staff really captured my attention from the moment I checked in. There really isn’t enough they can do to make your stay feel more perfect – and yet somehow, they manage to check-in regularly without the sense of irritation or an overbearing nature in the slightest. It’s a well-executed equilibrium that management have down to a tee All meals are served within "The Social" a beautifully well presented modern dining experience. Split into 3 different areas (Main restaurant, featuring rich colour tones, with velvety Turquoise open booths & red & floral motif cushions, giving a classic luxury feel throughout. Bar area/lounge, wooden booths an small tables) *I would definitely advise opting for the meal deal within your stay (2 course dinner, a drink & unlimited Cooked & Continental breakfast for only £26.99. They offer a very varied an well selected menu "Credit to all the chefs" who were quite often run off their feet, all my meal within my stay were beautifully prepared are presented with both flair and delicious flavours( my favorites being the 8oz Sirloin Steak"rare & cooked to perfection" skin on chips peas tomato, with a side of peppercorn sauce & slaw, followed by a tastebud masterpiece of Apple & Blackberry crumble sundae. *The restaurant often gets very busy on some evenings, creating a slight backlog on orders coming out of the kitchen, but it's well worth the wait* I definitely advise to book a table for evening meal when you come down for breakfast. Rooms: Ample space, the beds & pillows were incredibly comfortable, best nights sleep I've had in a long time, clean & tidy good lighting(especially the purple lighting above the headboard very calming) offers plenty of sockets both USB & normal 3 pin, especially next to bed. Bathrooms were modern & stylish with quality toiletries, lovely hot powerful showers. The rooms can get a bit warm in the nights. Overall experience: The hotel offers "a slice of calming serenity," with amazing friendly management & all staff alike, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a delicious hearty meal and a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.

因此，我对他们的服务和设施很不满意。
这家酒店非常现代化，我们抵达时服务超级棒，员工也特别乐于助人。房间很宽敞，对于我们两个来听演唱会的女孩来说简直完美！无可挑剔，强烈推荐。
酒店和各项服务都很棒，但交通不是很便利，到市中心不太方便。
我想特别表扬一下贵酒店的员工，希望您能对他们的出色表现给予认可。我曾入住过贵公司在英国各地的多家酒店，不得不说，从肯齐热情友好的餐饮服务，到酒店酒吧/餐厅的夜班员工伊西和阿什，他们都非常棒，热情周到，让我倍感宾至如归，而且他们对细节的关注也无可挑剔。他们绝对是贵公司的骄傲，是优秀的团队成员——他们理应得到表彰，我期待着再次入住。

因为我丈夫要在附近医院做手术，所以我们住在附近。酒店位置绝佳，因为那里免疫力很强。我的房间非常舒适。我住的是高级豪华房，房间里配备了我想要的大部分东西，除了鲜牛奶和早餐茶。我一个人住，锁上门后感觉很安全。房间非常舒适，而且应有尽有。
这家酒店非常棒，远离市中心的喧嚣。房间一尘不染，前台和酒吧区域也很干净，饮品种类丰富。特别要感谢前台的Sam和Emma，他们人超好，非常专业，而且会照顾到客人的各种需求。还要感谢晚上值班的Ashley、Bethan和Jason，他们也非常专业，确保客人的需求都能得到满足，没有他们，酒店可能就无法正常运营了😊
这家酒店外观看起来有点脏乱，但好在里面还不错，房间干净且物有所值，早餐也很好。如果能增加一些工作人员在客人抵达时迎接他们，并在需要时提供帮助就更好了。
工作人员非常友好，食物也很美味。但你会感到窒息。窗户打不开，睡觉时呼吸不到新鲜空气。再也不来了……
