I had a wonderful experience at Sea Face. My massage from Indu was amazing. Each day I had a massage and was extremely happy. The front desk was most accommodating and my room was cool, clean and santized. My room facee the sea with a large balcony. The pool was clean and with staff available to help.

Great, friendly staff! Spacious room with plenty of chairs and a desk. Good wifi. Wonderful scenery--right on the beach! The property is in a sad state, otherwise. But so are many of the surrounding hotels of the same star level. My room was not cleaned. Dust everywhere. Trash in the drawers. Bathroom was smoky and not clean at all! The restaurant food was okay but the state of it did not give confidence. I checked out several days early. Shame because b the manager and one of the house keepers were super nice!

The hotel is in need of a complete overhaul. Their website is completely misleading as showing a high end hotel. In reality, the dining area shown under straw pararsols is non existent. The table cloths are filthy, white ones are not used. Our room was first floor sea view, not cheap but the fridge didn't work and it took a week to sort out. The bathroom was seedy and smelly. The quality of linen leaves a lot to be desired, stained, frayed and with holes. Bed linen could have been changed more than twice in three weeks. The breakfast room, with a lovely view of the beach, is seedy. Please don't advertise high end facilities that don't exist. Our stay wasn't cheap, and it wasn't value for money. The only positive thing I can say is that the hotel is in a good position. The cleaning and reception staff do their best.

Rooms and toilets very bad/ old , need immediate rennovation. Rate is very high, according to their rate people think, it will be good. But not good, not even value half price . Location good, staff very very helpful ,but many other same star hotels nearby with more clean rooms and toilets. I am 25 year experienced international hotel senior manager . I cannot accept these types of cheating. Save Indian hospitality industry with good hospitality service.

Staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Food was good. If you pay a bit more you get a modern room upstairs which gives you a pool and seaview. All rooms are clean. The lower floor offers cheaper rooms with a pool view, more dated rooms which reminded us of colonial times and the bathrooms looked like from the 1990's.

The balcony is lovely with a great sea view. Easy access to the beach. A good sized room, with comfortable bed and hot water for the shower. Staff are friendly and I’m a return visitor.
