Credit Card Hold is Rediculous
The amount of time that they hold on to your deposit is ridiculous

I do apologize for the inconvenience of waiting for the authorization to release in your bank account, however, when you check out of the hotel, the system automatically releases from our end. It can take 3-7 business days for your bank to release from their end. If it continues, please contact your bank.

Disappointment
At first the room looked nice but found that the lights were not working until we 'accidentally' found the switch that allowed the lights to work. The lamp did not work until we discovered it had been plugged into the wrong wall outlet (the top outlet was the only active one that we discovered). The TV would not work until we discovered it had been unplugged. The coffee pot would not work until we discovered someone had disconnected the tube connecting the water to drain into the coffee recepticle. When these issues were discussed with who we thought was the manager his response was "well, these things happen"...... Really ????? No apology. Anyway we will not be returning anytime soon.

They charge for parking and they didn't mention that when i did the reservation.
