By far one of the best trips we have had within the last year. Could not have asked for better service. The staff went above and beyond. The BEST service we’ve ever had and any hotel.

My Daughter had a Jiu-jitsu competition at comerica center and she shared that she was going to win before her win, and the staff made her feel special and gave her a surprise that she will remember for a lifetime. Looking forward for our next experience there.

酒店非常干净，员工也超级友好！
这家酒店根本就不适合接待大量客人。由于酒店里经常举办大型会议，我们经常要等电梯20多分钟。这里的一切都是为商务人士准备的，绝对不适合家庭。
他们承诺给我的景观没有兑现，房间里有烟味或脏地毯的味道，当我在游泳池边时，客房服务人员派人回来，闻到房间的气味，用空气清新剂掩盖了气味，但气味消失后仍然存在。
这是我们享受游泳池的一晚居家度假，但不幸的是，当我们到达游泳池时，发生了一场斗殴，工作人员、保安，最后是警察花了几个小时才解决。
服务可以更好。订了客房送餐服务，但一直没人联系我。他们还可以提供一些小便利设施，比如浴室里基本的浴帽。房间真的很漂亮，景色优美。
位置极佳。服务不错。300美元的房间还行……价格有点高，但一切都在你想要的中间。你只为位置付钱。其他一切都很一般
很棒的地方，我一定会再来的，这里应有尽有。
不太干净，而且办理入住的人很粗鲁。
