Our stay was very nice. With friendly staff and clean rooms. Beds were comfortable. I think the remote needed new batteries because we had to get up close to the TV to turn on and change channels, but it was not a problem.

Took 25 minutes to check in and they charged me $60 more than they were supposed to. Claim “I will get a refund tomorrow” but that is not how that is supposed to work. Extremely flustered at front desk and took forever. Ridiculous for what I paid.

By far one of the best trips we have had within the last year. Could not have asked for better service. The staff went above and beyond. The BEST service we’ve ever had and any hotel.

The room was ready early and it was spotless. The hotel staff was very courteous.

星光奥姆尼弗里斯科酒店是个很棒的下榻之处。我喜欢它离所有地方都很近。下次肯定还会入住。
