A great stay in Dripping Springs! Off the main road so quiet, though traffic on the 290 is a bear at times! There is a dearth of eateries anywhere in Dripping Springs but just down the road in oak hill there are some choices. Didn’t eat in the hotel but it looked good and interesting.

We had to wait 30 minutes for check in as room wasn’t ready. Manager kept saying to give them 5 minutes then 10 and then left. Room smelled to strong of deodorizer and there was a weird stain on shower curtain. when we thought we’d let it air out by going to the pool, the pool was dirty. This hotel needs to be better prepared and cleaned.

Everything about the property was great staff was amazing….only thing we did not like is that ******* charged me to get breakfast included and then I hit charged for breakfast again when I was there. If I would have know I wouldn’t have spent the extra 40 per night.

Great location friendly staff, there’s a bar and restaurant I didn’t eat or drink. There are to go items sodas ,chips etc. in the lobby

I was very upset- due to a change in my schedule, i arrived @ the hotel in the early morning for my reservation the night before. Before i traveled, i called Marriott & told them i wouldn't be there until the next morning. The Marriott rep assured me it would be fine. When i got there my reservation had been canceled because I had not checked in the night before. I had to pay the current nightly rate which was significantly more $$. NOT a good experience - especially since I called customer service 2 days before.

I booked for the weekend but missed the check-in until the next morning due to a flight delay. I called the hotel
and advised them that I would be delayed. When I got to Dripping Springs, they canceled my original reservation and then tried to charge me DOUBLE the original room night! NO BUENO 👎
