It was a horrible mini overnight stay to visit my friend. Lack of communication when I was cared for at the first desk. No one told us about the parking and I was charged on my debit card $30 and at the gate $60. When I first arrived I didn’t know I could park down stairs to check in and the process with the room card. I was told the day I complained that I would be refunded $60 that I was charged and never was

The staff had great customer service and the hotel is clean. I did had a few minor issues. One was the ladybug infestation. Thankfully they weren’t any other kind of bugs but it was a lot. There was an issue with the tv constantly blinking on and off, and the shower design is weird. You’re not able to turn the knob without being inside the shower. Other than that it was a good stay.

Amazing staff, great amenities, really clean. We had an amazing view into the city. It was so peaceful. The parking was easy. Close to really good dining. I will come back soon.

Upon arrival to check in, we were greeted with two young ladies with a mouth full of food. But that didn’t bother me. Got to the room to see it was an handicap room, ok cool no biggie. Room was hairyyyyyyy, dust, spider webs. Like no one stayed in that room in months. Next morning as we are leaving for the day, i tided the room because I knew house keeping would come in for the day. Sadly they did not. I called the front desk to inquire about why housekeeping didn’t show up? Front desk clerk stated “if you are in the room or if things are everywhere, they won’t clean it”. I stated that things were put away and we had been gone 10am- 5pm. Ample amount of time to clean the room. She stated “someone will be up”. Cool, we left again and came back to the room clean. BUT no towels were left for us to use. At this point it’s 11-12 at night, me and the kids were exhausted and wanted to shower. So of course no one was available to drop the towels off, this caused a huge inconvenience for me and my kids having to go back to the lobby to retrieve towels that housekeeping forgot to place in the room. What really did it for me was when i had a tiny bug on my jacket. I freaked out, and immediately went into detective mode. Inspecting the area, the sofa and my kids clothes and mine to make sure no other bugs were present. I’m back home now, and i immediately went to wash everything that we had in that room.
Ugh short quick stay turned terrible experience.

The check in was really quick and very easy. The stay was amazing, me and my fiancé love simple places but that look modern so this was a great pick for us. I don't know if it was the location but the employees were really nice, always smiling and being welcoming. I loved this experience and I would highly recommend. On other notes, this specific location is AMAZING everything was close supermarket, malls , etc. The location also is in a very quite area (I don't know if depends on the season) but we loved it and if we travel again to Atlanta we are choosing Aloft 100% again.
