My family and I stayed at the 2 bedroom 2 bath - 2 story - shipping container room at Sonder Ida and it was incredible! The coolest vacation room we have ever booked. Not only was the place excellent but it is in the arts district with tons of nightlife around! You don't need to leave this neighborhood on your weekend trip to Phoenix.

Our stay at Ida in Phoenix was wonderful. The customer service was exceptional. Initially, our room had a strong air freshener smell, so we contacted customer service to request a room change. They promptly accommodated our request and moved us to another room. The bed was very soft and comfortable, and everything was modern. The fact that it's made from a shipping container made the experience even more intriguing.

Interesting architecture - the apartments are built in sea containers. Great to have separate living area and a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom has a spacious shower. I particularly liked the area. It is close to downtown, but not yet part of it. There are nice beer bars around and you have a selection of places to eat. I wouldn’t have mindest a reception, but then this is a Sonder and not a hotel. For a nice relax in the evening, the rooftop has loungestyle garden furniture and is accessible on the 5th floor. Liked and wolltet back when I am next in Phoenix.

The place is as described. The self-everything experience was quite nice, and the place was pretty well furnished, stocked, and clean. For someone who hates the "claustrophobic" nature of most standard hotel rooms, this was quite awesome. Would be happy to book it for my next trip to Phoenix. Its in the midst of downtown, with a Japanese restaurant and a awesome coffee shop (Songbird) next doors

The floor plan and layout is great. Very clean and the comfort of the beds were amazing, above what you would get any other place. The only thing is that we need TV in the bedroom. The kitchen, has what is needed for your stay, only provide the necessities for your own vitamins, nutrients and minerals.

My room was huge. Everything brand new. Super clean. Modern beautiful furniture. Had low expectations bc it’s so cheap but my room was huge and the place is amazing. Great location and surrounded by good food. Better than any hotel option. I always stay with sonder when I travel bc it’s always half the price w room twice the size of every hotel option.

这地方一点也不好。他们用船上的集装箱建了个酒店。我熟悉他们的系统，这对我来说并不陌生，但如果没有客服人员，你肯定以为它能完美运行！但事实并非如此！下午4点后入住还要收费，你也确实付了钱，结果实际入住的那个酒店却不能用！我不建议在SONDER上用它！这家公司服务又贵又差，简直糟透了！
