The staff here is lovely. Pansy was at check-in, and a nice gentleman was working on breakfast. They should be commended for knowing how to provide customer service. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Parking is safe and convenient. A 10 out of 10.

The check in wait in line seemed awful. At least 45 minutes.
The rooms were fine...clean and well appointed.
The breakfast was excellent.
Staff was friendly. Just needed more help, or more efficient help, at times when arrivalsost likely.

Room was pretty clean. But had a damp odor. The bedding was still damp. I left the room with the heat on were gone for a few hrs and the bedding was dry. No biggie 😜. And I forgot to mention that the bathroom need better lighting. That was horrible 😭

We are traveling the US by car. We are staying at a different hotel every night. This stay has been the best hotel to-date for the monies. Great rates and very upscale accommodations.
And the best breakfast to-date, as well. Everything was cooked perfect & had a wide variety to choose from.

We always enjoy our stay at this hotel. It's clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's right off the highway so easy access and there are plenty of restaurants and such nearby. The gym is great! And the breakfast is too.

Only complaint was the street racers and th pillow went flat so i could hear them on the hwy
Ice machine may be broken on floor 2 amd 3 i gave up and hit the road instead of trying any other floors

我很高兴房间里有一本圣经。
闻起来有霉味。他们让我们预订了一间不可用的房间，却没有给我们带来任何不便。
我们在琼斯伯勒期间入住的酒店。交通便利、干净，提供热早餐，价格实惠。
