After long time i visit this hotel. I complained about dirty and sticky washroom on reception. But that turban boy by the name of Navdeep singh very rude to me. He told me that he did not invit me to visit this hotel and also ask me to speak only in punjabi language insted of English. Pls dont go to this hotel if u dont want to face unprofetional behaviour. General Manager and Managing director of this property pls recruit good and litrate staaf to put good impact on ur guest. U have very good loction and nice property but u have very cheap staaf. I had very bad experience. I hope u will tack positive and required action.

Beware- we booked this hotel for 7 days to attend a wedding. 4 days prior to our check in time they canceled our reservation for no apparent reason. We sent them an email and contacted them but we got no reply. We were forced to book a last minute hotel far away from the event.

Nicely located , Nearer to to shopping Mall VR MALL, Food joints like Dominos, KFC, Gopal Sweets and many more. Ample parking , Good staff. Value for money hotel

great clean hotel, great staff, nothing fancy, good, clean neat, nice food, small n friendly staff, welcomes you to a green city, pleasant staff on arrival and also helped with getting taxi. went for cricket so just slept in hotel eat breakfast n one dinner

We stood there for two weeks for a seminar. The place is safe and trustworthy. But the biggest advantage is the extremely helpful and friendly staff. I really loved it and I will definitively come back.
