Nicely priced option with spacious rooms. Nice location when coming from the Sedona area. Room fan was very loud and really the only downside. Very helpful and friendly staff.

First they told us no incidental charges but when we arrived we were told that we needed to pay a100 incidental fee and that we would get it back immediately when we checked out. Then got to our room and there was blood on the pillows . We took downstairs to front desk and the lady told us sorry bout that but don’t have any fresh pillows or pillowcases. The next morning when checked out the girl said we would get incidental charge back for 7 days ! And said sorry bout the blood but couldn’t help it!!!! The staff was awful

Nice rooms with a full kitchen and laundry. Imagine that. And at a veryy reasonable rate. When needed, this will be my first choice no matter where I have business in Phoenix or the area.

Came to visit some family for a couple days and from the moment we arrived staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check in process was fast and easy, everything is as listed on their site and staff is always a call away if you have any questions or concerns. Rooms exceeded expectations and were extremely clean, loved the convenience of having a washer & dryer in the room to use as needed. Almost like being in a little apartment as you have a stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher available and ready to use, as well as fully stocked cabinets with all your cookware and any utensils you may need. Overall a great experience and will be back soon! (:

Staff was A++
The room was excellent. My only complaint for the room was the toilet seat was about to fall off the toilet. The room amenities were above board. But the best part of this hotel was the staff. From the clerk that checked us in (I wish i had gotten his name because he was worth the price of the room alone) to the clerk who checked us out, they were fantastic. Cheerful, helpful, not bothered by questions and completely professional.

The property is amazing and all together an amazing deal plus it offers some quiet time and privacy with two bedroom options as well as a washer and dryer so you dnt have to pack up dirty clothes. Or spend money at a laundry matt. Also has a full kitchen so that youre abke to stick to you diet regime while on vacay.. its very quiet and warmly inviting. Honestly i do not think im goi g to opt to stay any orher place this has everything you need and not to mention the price poi t is perfect and not what youd expect to pay for a place of this caliber.

Worth the stop and stay
Really nice hotel and not far from any shops or restaurants. Have to drive about 2-3 miles but just about anything you wanted was in the area. Cooked our meal in the room and utilized the gym. Great staff and amenities.

Should be cleaner
Stayed here because it was the only hotel in the area that had a 2 room suite option. The beds were old spring mattresses with body divers, very uncomfortable, sheets were dirty on check in, but pillows were comfortable. Nice full kitchen, but the dishwasher had dirty dishes and a broken glass bowl in it. Floor had dirt spots on it.
Parking was $8 a night, which is silly, because there are tons of spaces and no reason why someone else besides hotel guests would park there. Front desk is not manned at night, so you wait for a clerk to answer your call. Most of the employees are friendly, maids knock on your door early on check out day.
Street noise is very loud, and the garbage men dump the dumpster at 5 am.
Not sure I would stay again. I frequent the Happy Valley area often, and have tried various hotels, this one has been the dirtiest I have stayed at, but the 2 room suite set up is nice.
