The room was not clean when we arrived. There were visible mosquito blood stains on the walls, which was quite off-putting. The bathroom was also poorly maintained — especially the toilet area. The handheld water sprayer was leaking from both ends, making a mess. Definitely not up to basic cleanliness standards.

The room given to me during check in was full of cockroach
The second room was given, which is full of bad smell
房间里除了少量的洗发水和香皂外，没有其他洗漱用品。住了四晚，一次也没有打扫过房间。而且蚊子特别多，一晚上被咬了二十多处。为了能稍微舒服点，我们不得不去附近的超市买了驱蚊药、毛巾和洗发水。

设施 - 空调坏了/不是每天都提供瓶装水/厕所有腥味/床单、毛巾脏污/房间里有小老鼠、蟑螂/隔壁房间很吵

酒店设施，包括床，都破旧不堪。早餐种类也很少。真不知道该说什么好。完全是一家糟糕透顶的酒店。携程应该停止和这家酒店的合作。拜托，请不要再把这家酒店推荐给任何人了……谢谢。
