首先，房间门牌号掉了，我根本找不到。然后我去寻求帮助时，工作人员态度很差。进房间后，屋里有股奇怪的味道，而且也不怎么干净。马桶冲水把手也几乎坏了。真希望可以退款，这钱花得真不值。

他们本来应该退钱给我，结果到现在还没退。我去检查的时候他们就说了。已经过去很久了，他们什么都没退。
我的房间里有这么多虫子，最后我只好在街上的一家酒店住了一个房间。前台的女士说她无能为力，并说第二天早上经理来的时候再来。我回去的时候他非常粗鲁和卑鄙，对这种情况没有采取任何措施。完全浪费钱！
