Overall the hotel was great, and for the cheapest option in the area it is perfect. However, the resort fee is an absurd cash grab and the front desk crew, while checking all the boxes, felt incredibly insincere. Additionally, our room was not cleaned when we got back after long first day out - this hotel asks if you housekeeping, we said yes as this is the biggest benefit versus a rental, and the room was not touched.

Beautiful hotel! Convenient location. LA parking was expensive, but there are other open parking lots nearby. Staff was super friendly.!

From check in to check out, the front desk staff was great every day. Our server in the restaurant made great suggestions for breakfast! Spot on! The $25 resort fee/credit is legit & very easy to use. Great location, room is nice, amenities are fantastic!

Check-in Delays:
Upon arrival, I was informed that my room would be ready in 10 minutes. However, I waited over 2 hours before my room became available. This excessive delay was particularly frustrating as I had travel plans and limited time in Portland.
Room Assignment Issues:
I paid for two rooms together, with both intended to have harbor views. While my friends received their promised harbor view room, I was assigned a room without harbor views despite paying the same premium rate for this amenity.
Room Condition:
Upon settling into my room, I discovered that the bed sheets had a hole in them, indicating poor housekeeping standards and quality control.
Staff Response:
Most concerning was the apparent indifference when I reported these issues during checkout. The lack of acknowledgment or effort to address my concerns suggests a concerning attitude toward guest satisfaction.
