Sandals South Coast did not disappoint! The resort and grounds were AMAZING, the grounds keepers were on-point, it was amazing! Room and view were excellent. Our butlers Shamar and Jamoy were GREAT we would suggest them! Also have to give a shout out to our friends butlers Ricardo and Clive (woo hoo Clive ) they were also GREAT! We had a beach cabana and it was wonderful our cabana butler was Maxine and GIRL was on FIRE, we LOVED Maxine and wish her the best with her upcoming baby ❤️! Entertainment was phenomenal and the singers and dancers were so good! Want to give a special shout out to Shavia (aka Barbie) and Khaj they were so wonderful, fun and entertaining! Lastly the people who kept us full and happy… Kevin aka the Omelet King at the buffet, he not only cooked an amazing breakfast he came out chatted with guests and truly made us feel at home! Rose at Neptunes took care of us during dinner and did not disappoint, she was so attentive and sweet and just down right genuine! On a rather sour note the bartenders at this resort (pool bars, neptunes, martini bar ALL of them) were the worst we have experienced in almost 20 years of sandals vacations. We did not let this discourage our fun or vacation but thought it was significant enough to note.. Lastly, Shamar our bus driver on the way to airport from SSC was the BOMB! He did an amazing job! There were a ton of others who made this an unforgettable vacation even whilst facing Hurricane Melissa! We would highly recommend this resort!

Got attacked by bed bugs! Room was not very clean. Didn’t have a working tv for 3 days. The staff wasnt very friendly. Unless you were a priority guest, you weren’t really treated the same.
Booked a luxury resort for our anniversary and we’re expecting it to be better.
The resort itself was beautiful and the food was delicious.

设施一流，海滩绵长、美丽、宁静——真是令人愉悦。点菜餐厅很棒，泳池和按摩浴缸也堪称完美，商店也魅力十足，房间宽敞舒适。房间明亮，露台上设有浴缸，浴室宽敞舒适，设施一流。房间里有美味的葡萄酒，不过我更希望从迷你吧里拿些零食。
我们有过一次非常糟糕的经历，我们去庆祝我们的结婚纪念日，事情开始于当你到达时，他们会带你在一条路况非常糟糕的道路上行驶 90 分钟，而且司机是最糟糕的，他开车就像疯了一样。我们下午 2:30 到达，他们直到 3:40 才给我们房间，而入住时间为 3 点，晚了 40 分钟，钥匙不在那里，他们拿走了，但从来没有送来，我们不得不去找它我们花了 3600 美元住了 3 晚，还有私人泳池但如果你想去海滩或大泳池，管家会保留床和椅子，即使你早上 6 点起床去争抢剩下的几张，也没有其他人了食物没什么特别的服务速度超慢员工很少他们 3 天内从未打扫过房间我的意思是我永远不会再去了你只按名字付款被高估了真可惜因为它很好

在 SSC 度过了一个美妙的假期，我们和我们特别喜欢的管家一起吃了一顿 Rondoval 酒。我们的管家 Makida 非常细心，我百分百推荐她。我们从机场乘坐私人交通工具到 SSC，我们也非常感谢我们的司机 Delroy。
