I arrived late, the night person did not know how to check me in and then ultimately the owner or a manager of the property had to come and get me checked in after 30 minutes. When they put me on the first floor, pointing directly towards the gas station with lots of lights and trucks coming in and out I asked if it was possible for me to be put on the other side of the hotel because I didn’t want to be woken by the noise and lights. Then he proceeded to tell me that I should’ve picked that on ******* and that there was no way to change it. I said, there is literally 5 cars in the parking lot. I asked to cancel the room, he explained that it was an impossible task and he got upset with me. Ultimately he some how was able to make the change when I asked to leave. Once in There was a very, very thin sheet on the bed and the room smelled as though it had not been opened in a while with no AC running. Disappointment.

This is the kind of Hotel you just go to for sleep while traveling. The beds are not very comfortable, nor are the pillows and we found a roach in our room. The floors were also sticky. The whole vibe was a little off - property felt old and not well kept up. My only staff interaction was fine, just slow checking in while he put my ID into some kind of scanner.

We never heard any complaints about anything when she was here, but as usual with self entitled, self important and self absorbed guests who finds our property too old for her liking (good grief, since when did hotels built in the last 10 years become "too old") maybe she can spend a little time finding a newer hotel (built after 2015) that will better cater to her demands. We are NOT that hotel. We are a faith based business and we do NOT provide service to the implacable.

The room was clean and smelled good. The bed was comfortable, overall a very good experience. I accidentally left my expensive pillow there and could not return for a month. Believe it or not, they still had my pillow!!! Unexpected and wonderful!!

We just completed some work at Valero and our company put us up at this hotel. It’s very nice compared to some of the older motels down the street. There’s plenty of room to park our vehicles. The breakfast here is eh. Could be better. ---------

I didn’t have a chance to get the name of the young lady who checked us in, but she was very helpful. She gave us a discount, too. The place is very clean. It’s a little noisy, but they warned us when we checked in that we were going to be on the first floor very close to the front desk. I would advise getting a room on a different floor or asking them for a room away from the noise, if you want peace and quiet. Otherwise, the place was pretty good.

I stayed here on the way down to Boca Chica to watch the Space-X rocket launch. We didn’t plan to stay here, but we noticed the hotel when we stopped to get gas next door. It’s pretty well lit. The hotel is basic (something along the lines of TRU by Hilton, but this ain’t no Hilton). The TVs were pretty awesome.

Poptarts?!?!?
The room had been updated, but the underlying infrastructure hadn’t been updated- old tub which was worn, slippery and dangerous. The mirror coating in the bathroom was worn off around the edges. Plus, their “breakfast” was Poptarts, and cookies from a gas station. We felt very deceived a ripped off.

酒店回复: We checked the room and we did a test to see if what you were saying AFTER you left the hotel was true or false and we have to say that the tub passed all tests for having enough grit on the surface. We did find the mirror to not be up to standards, so we corrected that immediately. As for the pop tarts...don't worry. I'm sure the next hotel you stay at will cater to your demands and your needs way, way, way better by providing you with breakfast filet mignon. As for us, we will continue serving our breakfast pastries to the customers we have NOT banned from our hotel. Unfortunately (or fortunately -- depending on how you look at it), you are now banned. Not because of the poor unwarranted review, but because we apparently cannot make you happy. Have a wonderful life.

Stayed here for one night! The property is great! The hotel was decorated with Halloween stuff so cute! Staff was super sweet! Slept like a baby! Even more convenient there was a gas station and a McDonalds super close!

The hotel is decent. The Front desk attendant was nice. I just expect for a hotel that im paying over $100 for 1 night to have actual breakfast. They advertise breakfast, but its just dollar store poptarts, crackers, and granola bars and a coffee machine. Very disappointing

In fact, we keep our breakfast out for longer hours than most in the hospitality industry for the convenience of our guests and we try to provide a breakfast that is better in quality and quantity than our direct competitors: Extended Stay America where you get a "grab and go" breakfast of a piece of fruit and/or protein bars according to their ads.
