I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service and management during my recent experience. The level of service was pathetic and demonstrably failed to meet basic operational standards. A major point of frustration was the excessive delay in service delivery. Specifically, I was required to wait 45 minutes after check-in for my luggage to be delivered to my room. This considerable wait is unacceptable and significantly detracted from the start of my stay/experience. The management team's inability to ensure timely and efficient service reflects a disappointing lack of professional oversight. I urge the management to conduct a thorough review of their operational protocols, particularly focusing on speed of service and staff accountability, to ensure basic standards of customer experience are consistently met. My recent stay was truly amazing, largely thanks to the exceptional staff and the outstanding food.From the moment we checked in,the service was amazing,the staff and food was so incredibly warm efficient and attentive.

Stay was comfortable ,housekeeping staff was very helpful Ashok,Mr vijay kumar Yadav is so humble ,front office person Ritanshu was so delight and helpful,and food and service also good strongly recommended, but there is one issue property does not have swimming pool
