Sulekha,Rana,muskaan are very good helpfully.. property is very good. All staff are very gentle and helpfull.beautifull location..very good experience for stay here. Food is also very delicious

Location in upper Mcleod Ganj but within 20 mins walking on undulating road (or 5 mins TukTuk) of the centre. Reasonable choice of eateries within 5 mins walk .Incline appro 1 in 5 /1 in 4 for final 150 yards(younger generation will have to convert!) Taxis will take you inside the hotel reception. One night stay in a group tour which coincided with Diwali. Room spacious ,clean, small balcony BUT view restricted by another building. I presume other ,higher rooms had a better view? Maybe because a one night, single room gets a worse view? Interior quite characterful ,wood and atmospheric stairwell lighting. heating in room good. No spare blanket, ask for at reception. Why this has 4 not 5 star? Breakfast! Worst coffee ever!(I do not drink tea as no longer agrees with me) Purported to be Nescafe instant of some sort.( Lucky I bring Taylors Hot Lava Java Coffee Bags!! ) and the food choice poor and minimal except for porridge ,which was very acceptable. NOTE MANAGEMENT: Improve breakfast. The staff were mainly young and clearly enjoying Diwali . I would be happy to stay again

It was great stay in quality inn rooms are clean and very spacious the food was delicious And the Open tarrce is the best part of the hotel. You can enjoy your meal with the beautiful mountains and valleys view.

The hotel is situated in the main bhagshu and the location was awesome you can seen the pines tree view from your room balcony.The rooms are well maintained and hygienic. Food was good. Bhagshu waterfall is walkable from the hotel and the best part is the hotel staff which is very cooperative and help full

It was perfect place for my family to stay, the room was well maintained and well cleaned. Have enjoyed our meal in restaurant and the food was tasty and the view from the tarrece was awesome, I love this place and will definitely visit here again

Beautiful hotel. It belongs to Lawrence hotels. Excellant front desk service. Room service is prompt . Breakfast -dinner food is very good and tasty. Special attention by staff during dinner time. Rooms are specious and quite good with simple furnishing. There is no room to complain.

Rooms are neat and clean staff is very helpful.batthrooms are well cleaned and sanitized... Food was tasty... amazing view from terrace.... specially thanks to deedar and ankush for there service they are very helpful and cooperative....

The rooms had missing lamps, RO water was provided , no packaged water bottles, Empty refrigerator, lack of basic room amenities and toiletries. Substandard mugs for tea/coffee. Missing /broken bathroom fittings. Overall an average stay not a 4 star service or hotel.
