Tried 3 different phone numbers to find out where to leave the keys when we left. No response. One staff was very helpful with getting a fan, when the ceiling fan didn’t work. No cabs in area, they will only take you to and from the airport.

酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback. So sorry we did not get to the phone at the time that you called. I immediately called back the number but there was no response. The key can be left inside and the door knob locked.We do offer a standing fan upon request and the Apartment is equipped with can Air conditioning for additional ventilation.As per your request, your son/daughter was informed of the cost of the taxi to Laborie and Airport which they opted alternatively.We were happy to provide you with the early checkin as per your request.Again, thank you for your feedback and apologies for the inconveniences
