The check in was ok. Room was comfortable, but the bathroom needs much upgrade. Shampoo bottles etc. would not stay hooked to the wall and the bottle fell and spilled on the shower floor making it VERY slippery and I slipped and almost fell. There was MOLD around the whole bottom of the shower floor. Short on 2 towels.

The bed was super comfortable. Easy on/off from the interstate, but quiet. The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The breakfast was disappointing. Below average as far as complimentary hotel breakfasts go. We were hoping to get a quick breakfast and get on the road. Instead had to go to nearby Bob Evans and buy breakfast.

It didnt appear that the floors were vacuumed at all. We couldnt get more towels because they were all dirty. Beds had dips in it, sheets were pilly. Just gross.

The showerhead in the bathroom was loose and the shower doors don’t stay closed, no matter what there is very little hot water, which is the biggest reason for the three star review.

Air didn't work- set at even as low as 61 and fan wouldn't stay on. Dirty handprints on some of the walls.

Upon arrival our reserved room the door was unlocked and open around 11 PM. We were told that the maid service just forgot to shut the door to go ahead and use the room upon entry no soaps, no towels no washcloths I asked for another room. They moved us to a two bed queen room. At first, the AC did not work tenant above us continue to bounce a ball the entire nights we stayed. The room came furnished with two washcloths and two towels for a four night stay. When requested more towel service we were told to come back in two hours which would’ve been 10:30 PM to pick up fresh linens. They were currently out and all were being washed two days later requested more towels I was told we had to bring back all of our towels and washcloths, and those towels and washcloths had to be washed And it would be two hours to pick up when I informed them that I wanted to make a formal complaint and that we would not be back the only answer that was replied back to me was “OK“ I informed them I was not happy. The answer was “OK“ This was my worst hotel experience ever and I travel for a living. No compensation was offered at all and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone living or dead or any animal. it is very sad because this is a small town of 60,000 people with 20+ hotels so the competition is competitive.

Don’t go to this hotel. We came driving from Chicago and we were very tired. I booked this hotel using ******* and they took for ever in the front desk to check us in because they couldn’t find me, then they couldn’t find my card and even though I showed them the receipt in ******* app and they put my card info in the computer, they still wanted to charge me again. The room is old and dirty in the walls, things old and rusty.
Breakfast was expired. The only thing we were gonna have was waffles and we just bite it and spit it out, threw them away, it tasted rancid, nasty.
The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures in the app, it’s more like a red roof kind of like motel.

The girl who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The lady in the kitchen didn't seem to know how to change the juices, the orange juice was water with a little orange coloring and she was asked to change it and she never did. Another juice was empty and she just put a note on it that they were out of that juice. All she did was open the machine and walk off to do other things.

Parking is very convenient & safe. The staff & room are both great. Very convenient location with lots of dining options. We always stay here when passing through Paducah.
