Worst hotel with uneducated Operation Manager and HR manager . My friend went to work in that property and he worked for 16 days and payed only 7 days salary ,he has to leave the job due to unprofessional operation manager who is not fit to be an operation manager... doesn't have experience of hotel more , he donot know the rate of the hotel also , just buttering ,when my friend left he informed that the balance will be payed but still now not paid, he tried calling HR he is not answering the call, all are unprofessional people , so if anyone is looking for job pls donot go to this hotel as there are unprofessional people working ... There is no Supervisor for Housekeeping, staff only clean the Rooms and inspect there self only. This is the Operation manager order... Very sad

Hotel rooms and room service is not up to the mark.property is good... while comparing 3 star catagory hotel rooms are better than this.. restaurant section is very good. While comparing breakfast menu should be upgraded but the service is fabulous.

Rooms were in very poor condition – damp, shabby interiors, broken AC, and walls with only plaster of Paris. Common areas stinking, dirty floors, cobwebs, and spiders in bathrooms. Faced a dangerous lift incident – during power cut, ARD and emergency devices didn’t work, even the bell switch failed. Food was tasty but with limited breakfast spread and overpriced items (₹80 for one soft drink). Paid ₹9,000 for 2 rooms for one night – totally not worth it, actual value max ₹2,500. Only positive was Sushant from the restaurant, who was courteous and professional. Location is far from temple and beach, with a very poor approach road. Overall, highly disappointing stay.

Location is far from beach. Rooms are not cleaned and even AC vent was leaking it took 3 hours for the hotel to clear it.. We requested to change room but the hotel denied

It's a jambo hotel with less maintenance, dirty rooms with linens, don't just book seeing it's Jambo size, most of the rooms are under maintenance. The reception staff members didn't allow our family visitors to our rooms, someone in our family expired during our vacation, so they wanted to visit us for condolences but too professional and rude front face of the hotel. It's quite far from the main market, you have to take an autos rickshaw every time you want something.

The hotel is very good, as soon as you exit the gate you can see the sea view. Few rooms has sea view from balconies i.e. 403. The hotel staff Kirti was very kind and supportive.

The hospitality is terrible. The staff is genuinely not interested. The location is quite far from the beach and the food quality is medicore. The rooms are spooky, un clean and basic amenities are missing like door mats, cracked wash basin. It still is under construction and needs immediate improvement.

We were here here for darshan of shree Jagannath Bhagwan so we wanted to stay in a neat and clean property. The ambiance of the hotel was very nice. The front desk staff were very cooperative and helpful they arrange us for darshan as well as cab for full day site seeing.

哪里出了问题？几乎是所有问题：1. 尽管我们下午 1 点就到了，原本 12 点就可以入住，但由于准备不足，直到下午 3 点半才被分配到房间。经检查，最初承诺的房间也没有准备好，因为门把手无法使用。2. 正在进行的施工营造了一种令人不快的氛围，到处都是石膏补丁、破损的走廊和随处可见的建筑碎片。3. 房间质量不佳，有潮湿的地方、床单和霉味。空调机很脏，似乎很久没用过了。4. 工作人员不但不解决我们的担忧，反而试图推销更高级别的房间，这是一种无效的销售策略。5. 尽管我们和年长的亲戚一起旅行，所以入住时间很晚，但早上 8 点退房时间却很不方便，这让我们更加沮丧。一线希望：1. 尽管管理存在缺陷，但一线员工还是很乐于助人，将退房时间延长至中午 12:00，他们的努力赢得了表扬。2. 现场用餐体验以实惠的价格提供不错的食物，细心的员工愿意满足特殊要求。不幸的是，积极的方面到此为止。
