Excellent property. Travel arrangement and food were really good. Location could be better as the main road to the property is shabby.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with the customer service hotline that i felt compelled to share. During my attempts to reach out for assistance, i encountered significant issues with the reception. The call quality was poor, making it difficult to understand the representative on the other end. Additionally, i was disappointed with the lack of proper responses to my inquiries. There seemed to be a disconnect, as the representative was unable to provide the information i needed or address my concerns adequately. This left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Overall, the combination of poor reception and ineffective communication made for a disappointing experience. I hope the company takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure that customers can get the help they need promptly and effectively. Until then, i would be hesitant to recommend their services

Location is pathetic. Even google map shows the wrong location. Very difficult to reach there. Cab charges 1200 for city one side to city.

We booked it two days prior to stay date, as we wanted to be at a place from where we can go to bagdogra airport. Since, we had to leave for airport much earlier than even breakfast time, we asked if we can change it to dinner package with incremental charges if any, can be paid. They just didn’t oblige the request! the room is very average, and not in good condition.

The stay was very good overall. The people in the resort were very friendly and warm. The location is little off from the city and commuting in sikkim as a whole takes more time. Once you are in the location, it is nice self serving place with good views. Rooms were functional, very clean with good amenities. The food at the resort has good choices and tasty but it seems like they need more people to manage things seamlessly. The travel desk was great. The gym and spa is not operational yet. Happy hub is neat and small. Reception was great as well.

Hospitality is good, but had little problem at travel desk, that was solved. For going to demezong for 2 to 3 hrs they said they will charge 2000- but once returned driver took 4000- very bad.
