Starting with improvement area. AC cooling was not appropriate in room 101. Secondly, Please see if restaurants menu price can be optimize. Apart remaining is excellent. Staff members are also very supportive and well behaved. Cleanliness is excellent. We will visit again and recommend to visit Ramaya Inn once.

Rooms are in great condition and staff is also very helpful and cooperative. Staff Rajesh is at front desk he is very helpful he guided us with places to visit in Haridwar. Washrooms are neat and clean. And the place is near to the Ganga ghat also. The best combo

Very poor hotel in terms of staff etiquettes of the front desk specially the female receptionist SHELLY who is unschooled and arrogant with the guests. Would suggest hotel UDMAN/FORTUNE/ PARK which are anyday better in customer hospitality and services.
