If you are handicapped, this may not be a place for you. The bathroom had a tub and grab bars but was extremely slippery, required a high step to enter and no bathmat was provided. Very scary for the unstable. When inquiring about a shower instead, I was told that no grab bars were in the showers. And the bathtub featured a shower seat that had to be installed sideways to fit Totally useless.
ALSO, if you require a dark room in order to sleep, ours had 11( yes, 11!) led lights that glowed throughout the night.
Hotel was clean, bed comfortable and staff accommodating.

They are doing construction near the hotel making it difficult to get to the hotel. We never had our room cleaned. They never brought us towels, toilet paper or toiletries. The staff was nice and apologized but the stay was less than great. They did have a pretty good breakfast and that is the only reason they didn't get 1 star.

Property seemed safe. Beds are uncomfortable and super low to the ground. Pillows are horrible and water pressure was so bad it was hard to wash my hair. I had a broken/missing light fixture in my room. I can’t wait to go home so I can actually sleep. I stay in the area often and have now learned not to stay at this hotel ever again.

Parking was easy and secure. The staff very friendly and the room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. We had a wonderful stay!

I would recommend adding a hook to the back of the bathroom door (for ropes, clothes) and another towel rack on the wall by the sink (for face cloths, hand towels). Also, the samples of shampoo, etc were not enough for 2 adults.
Neighbor was pretty noisy (TV very loud).

Got to the room late when I got ready to shower at ten pm, I only had 3 hand Towles in the room, let them know at the front desk the next morning and when I got back the next night, they had taken care of the problem

The greaters were very friendly. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good. The sausage was excellent and I don't like sausage. Not sure how they fried it but i would love to know. For the most part it was a pretty clean hotel. The area that was dirty was the walk path around the swimming pool. There was clumps of hair all around the pool. That was just plain disgusting.

我和妻子以及两个孩子入住了温德姆丹佛帕克拉昆塔套房酒店。我十天前预订了两张大号双人床的房间并全额付款。到达时，前台工作人员告诉我，他们没有双大号床的房间了，只剩下一张特大号床带沙发床的房间。沙发床没有床单或毯子。我回到前台告诉他们沙发床没有毯子、被子或床单。他们给了我一条床单，但没有毯子或被子。我的两个孩子，一个8岁，一个12岁，没有毯子或被子就睡了。房间里也没有熨斗。退房时，我向前台女士询问熨斗的事，她告诉我需要去前台索取。我再也不会住这家酒店了！
我昨天晚上在这家酒店住了一晚。客户服务非常棒！一到酒店就受到了晚班员工欧文和另一位年轻女士的热情欢迎。他们给了我房间钥匙，并告知了酒店早餐的信息，还说有任何需要都可以联系前台。房间很干净，浴室里有卸妆湿巾（太赞了！），还有多芬洗发水、Pur护发素、多芬沐浴露和多芬润肤乳。我因为赶飞机提前退房了，所以没能吃上早餐。酒店里没有什么噪音问题，设施也保养得很好。肯定会推荐给大家，并且会再次入住。我入住得比较晚，所以没机会参观整个酒店，不过我看到了一个很不错的健身房。大堂还有24小时的咖啡供应，有很多空间可以坐下来和朋友/家人聊天。最后，他们还出售零食（糖果棒、汽水、水、冷冻餐等）。酒店附近还有一家星巴克。
