绝对不要住在这里。我们刚刚提前两天离开了蜜月旅行，周六我们结婚了，从入住开始。这里一直都是问题。衣柜坏了，所以你没法挂衣服，梳妆台上的抽屉坏了，抽屉掉了下来，把我丈夫的腿划伤了，浴室里的灯会自动打开暖气，声音太大了。它震动了整个房间，浴室柜上没有旋钮，所以你没法存放东西，卫生纸架坏了，电视几乎不能用，wifi 也几乎不能用，露台门上没有锁。有人把它弄坏了，所以没有安全锁。此外，我们没有干净的毛巾，也没有其他东西，我们一遍又一遍地打电话，同一个女士接电话，对我们很粗鲁。然后今天我们从她的银行账户中扣除了 300 美元，那位女士在我们的电话上给我们发消息说，她向我们收取了 300 美元，用于弄脏毛巾、床单和被子。她没有回复我们短信，说只需要 150 美元，但他们从未退还另外 150 美元。一个地方竟然会向你收取污渍、毛巾和床单的费用，这已经够疯狂的了，尤其是在你的婚礼上，当你只需要洗它们时，不要打电话给我，但我们说好吧，如果我们必须购买它们，你需要让我们带走它们，但她也不会给我们那些，我们打了每一个电话，问了酒店的人，去过办公室好几次，除了她之外没有人接电话，她拒绝向我们提供管理或业主信息。因为她，我们提前两天离开，非常沮丧。

这是我多年来和家人一起来默特尔海滩以来，迄今为止最棒的一次体验。酒店采用“airbnb”风格，这意味着您可以直接在手机上收到房间号和代码，这使得入住过程非常顺利。房间非常干净，无论何时我们需要什么，我们只需给客服发短信，他们就会很快来到我们的房间。我们喜欢住在市中心，离摩天轮只有一小段距离，步行 2 分钟即可到达海滩。我的孩子们喜欢在游泳池里游泳和在酒店里玩耍。强烈推荐！！！

Hotel cancelled my reservation

My hotel reservation was cancelled via email while I was on vacation 5 days before my stay. They could have call, leave a voicemail or send a text message. I had to find a different one at the last minute.

The property was very close to the bird walk and main area. Other than that, the hotel itself was not the best. We stayed 4 nights, 2 different nights we woke up to cockroaches on the bathroom floor and in the main bedroom area. The gap underneath the door is over an inch and a half big. The air conditioner did not work and we were advised to unplug it ourselves and see if it would “reset”. The unit actually did not have a plug but my husband was able to unscrew the internals and attempt a auto reset. It did give better air but it still wasn’t cold blowing air at any point. Parties in the pool that’s located right outside the room doors several nights not ending until early morning hours.

People were loud outside past midnight hanging out in the courtyard, the beds were extremely loud, creaky and uncomfortable. The TV remote barely controlled the TV, limiting the number of channels. Many people around the area use up the parking spaces and dont even stay at the hotel. The bathroom fan wasnt working at all upon arrivial.
