Worst hotel and bad management This is my worst experience, while having travelled worldwide for 30 years ! As my flight arrived early morning in Sorong (5h30), I checked with the hotel if an early check in would be possible. They told me that wasn't guaranteed and that I should book an additional night, which I did. Upon arrival, they gave me the worst room, old and dirty, with a noise of running water in the wall, that was a 'Superior' and not a the 'Premiere' that I booked which is more expansive, without explanation. When I requested to change they told me that I had to wait until another customer leave, which means they sold and get paid twice for this room. At the end I paid a full night and only had the room at 12h30, which means I could use 1h30 of my booking and had to change room 6h after my arrival, which was not the point of paying for an extra day. Following that, I've contacted the hotel several times and never received any answers. The same apply to Agoda and their AI customer support agent that is totally useless and their Customer Support Agent that were asking for evidences, 10 days later... not sure how to do that.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early in the morning from an overnight flight and the hotel staff were more than happy for us to check in early. Lovely breakfast.

Incredible rooftop terrace and pool. Amazing buffet breakfast options. Allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Helpful and friendly staff. ATM right outside the entrance which was convenient.

Clean rooms. Nice rooftop for eating and swimming. The only negative was the room had an extremely strong smell - like mold - and it wasn't nice to breathe the air in the room.
