Check in was fine. Waited a few minutes for our room. Room was mostly clean, however I am not confident the linens had actually been changed. There was an obvious stain on the duvet cover, hair on the fitted sheet and some other stain. The people above us were absolutely rude and loud. We called the front desk multiple times and they still sounded like they were coming through the floor. We had 2 children with us and couldn’t sleep due to noise. Pool was pointless because it was so cold, we couldn’t get in. We would not stay here again.

The mattress was so thin that the 2 nights we were there all I felt were springs. The pillows were so thin and flat. The breakfast area was not clean and very limited food so we had to go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Very disappointed especially for a Hilton brand.

Asked for fresh towels and never received them. I don't like telling on people trying to do there job but I like fresh towels on a daily please and thank you

3 days in King Room- Wiped the floors down in the room as they appeared dirty and it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Everything else appearance and cleanliness wise seemed ok. Front desk staff could definitely be more approachable and welcoming. Seemed to disrupt from book reading when approaching with a need or question. Will be trying a different place next visit.
