The staff was great! They met all my needs. I had forgot a few things and when I asked the front desk they had everything to accommodate my needs. It was a very pleasant experience.

Staff was not as friendly as we are used to. Issues with keys opening doors and staff seemed overwhelmed. Breakfast was very chaotic and not many options for kids. Staff again seemed overwhelmed. Requested late check out and was accomadated but then hoise keeping kept knocking at our door and seemed annoyed with us....overall not very welcoming.
Pool area was great and area is quiet. Not sure we would choose this hotel again though.

Great Stay!
My stay was overall great. The staff and room was nice. I am super picky with cleanliness. There were a few hairs in the shower but other than that, it was super clean. Also, there was a problem with the room card system but the staff was great and tried to make an inconvenience very convenient. They were kind and patient and very welcoming.

Clean hotel and room with ample, nice amenities. Good options for hotel breakfast. Only issues were check in computer not working and traffic noise from nearby highway.

Great room! Plenty of space for several people and nice desk area. The kitchenette was very functional and instructions for coffee pot were clear. Great fire pits out front, slight drawback is they look on the parking lot. Pool area was very nice. Breakfast was terrific and staff very friendly and helpful.

离旧金山有点远。
但是离索诺玛、纳帕和圣罗莎很近。
地板有点晃动，建议住顶楼，这样可以避免员工走动带来的噪音。
早餐不错。
B**预订导致房卡失效，住顶楼的时候给我带来了一些麻烦。
免费咖啡、水、健身设施和水果都非常棒。
我是圣诞前夜和圣诞节来的。房间非常干净，大堂全天提供免费咖啡和茶。还有健身房和洗衣房。我喜欢那里的泳池，尽管过去两天相当冷。我也很喜欢早餐。最后，它离Petaluma奥特莱斯很近，今天早上购物很方便。

房间外面101车的噪音太大了，很难入睡！我不想再入住了！早餐很好
