What an amazing hotel! From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcome. The hospitality was outstanding – nothing was too much. The staff helped us with restaurant reservations and even arranged a wine tasting for us. Always with a smile. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfectly cool thanks to the air conditioning. The bathroom felt luxurious, with both a rain shower and waterfall shower, quality toiletries, and a toilet. The room also had a fridge, TV, wardrobe, and strong Wi-Fi. The bed was very comfortable too. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a beautiful breakfast room or on the terrace outside. The hotel also features a peaceful garden with a lovely pool, perfect for relaxing – and you can even order drinks by the pool, which was a great plus. The location is ideal: charming restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel offers private parking on-site, which is very convenient. Altogether, this was a perfect stay with friendly, helpful staff, great facilities, and a truly relaxing atmosphere.

Condition of the rooms is good, the outside pool could use a bit of a clean up, damaged decking to the rear and pool needs a clean. It's quite pricey for what you get. What really let this place down from our experience was the hotel management (staff on the day were great). Two of the rooms on the second floor had no hot water and the room on the top floor had no running water whatsoever. They did explain that this was an area issue and was not their fault. Whilst I appreciate things can happen beyond your control, we paid for a service that they were unable to provide. Hotel rooms at bear minimum should have hot running water. They refused to refund any part of the rooms that were affected (even though they said they would when we checked out). Its a shame because the building is lovely but the inability to take any responsibility is shocking!

Hotel is very overpriced for the quality we received. Had no running water in one of the rooms and in the other room the water pressure was awful with cold water. Explained this to management who to be honest didn’t care and blamed it on the local area. The swimming pool was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned and the gardens were full of flies and mosquitos. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. There are some excellent hotels nearby which are in fact better value for your money!
