I’m Shivam Suneja, and having worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade, I understand the complexities of operations and guest management. However, my recent experience at Palasa on October 1st, where I had booked 15 rooms for my family, was deeply disappointing and concerning. On the day of our departure, a serious accident occurred involving my younger sister. While stepping out of the elevator, she was unexpectedly hit by a steward carrying a hot jar of sambar through the main lobby corridor—a guest area—during peak hours. The entire contents spilled on her, causing immediate pain and injury. We rushed to provide first aid on our own, but what shocked me the most was the absolute lack of support or urgency from the hotel staff. No medical assistance was offered, no senior manager intervened, and no one from the team even followed up to check on her condition. After checking out and reaching our next destination, we visited a hospital where doctors confirmed it was a second-degree burn. My sister endured intense pain, and the fact that this happened due to operational negligence is completely unacceptable. As someone from the industry, I’m appalled that the F&B and kitchen team were using guest movement areas to carry boiling hot food during busy times, without any safety protocols in place. This is not just poor planning—it’s a major safety hazard. This experience has left us shaken and extremely dissatisfied. I hope the Palasa management takes this feedback seriously, implements proper training, and re-evaluates safety protocols before a more tragic incident occurs.

While the property is well built, the service and amenities is terrible. There were noises of AC cleaning coming from the roof at 11 pm at night. After repeated calls, room was changed but the noise was so prominent it was covering almost 7-8 rooms

Our wedding here was an unforgettable experience! The venue was stunning, the hospitality exceptional, and the service flawless. Every detail was beautifully handled, from the décor to the delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to make our day special. Highly recommend it for any event!

Excellent stay. Didn't expected this level of service and quality in muzaffarnagar city. Despite not being from chain of hotel it followed every standard any 5 star hotel has, some even better like their bar. Only thing it's pure veg hotel.
