Proprty is new and clean. Its primary focus is upon long stays but we stayed one night. No breakfast at motel. Excellent local breakfast spot less than a mile away.
Our only problem was that Expedia's AI unilaterally chaned our stay dates to a week away! You can't speak to a living ******* cystomer service rep easily
I self-resolved my issue but Expedia's AI is about to make me find an alternative.

The property is very nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. There were several things that made our stay less than desirable. Coffee in lobby - awful. No in-room coffeemaker! Water pressure in shower- basically none. We had soaps, shampoos but No lotion or conditioner. We had ONE washcloth for 2 of us to share. No hand towel. The room had blinds but no curtains to block the lights from outdoors. The older lady training at front desk needs training in customer service

The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was clean.
The biggest problem is that I am very allergic to cats and dogs. This hotel advertises that only service animals are allowed. However, I saw two dogs that were not service animals staying there. I was not very happy about that.

This is located in the historic downtown within walkingndistance of everything. It is clean, rooms are spacious, and the staff is very attentive. There is no breakfast, but the lobby does have coffee and fruit, and is in very close proximity to dining of all financial levels.

Tubing the River
All of the accommodations were quite nice. We had an enjoyable stay and the room was super clean and offered many options to cook or eat comfortable too.

Nice for an overnight!
It was a decent hotel for the price and for one night…. Front desk personnel were friendly. There was an Olive Garden nearby which was perfect!

It is supposed to be a suite - and has a stove, etc. They give you 2 paper plates- hard to do any cooking. I wanted maid service so that my trash would be emptied- didn’t happen. And apparently the guests there let their doors slam shut.

酒店回复: We are sorry for any inconvience you have, as we are a extended stay which means housekeeping every 9 days , set garbage outside in hallway and hks will pick it up , This is the difference between a motel, hotel ,and extended stay.

The room was super hot when we checked in the air was not on and the water pressure was pathetic barely any at all, likely won’t stay there again

Super convenient when visiting the hospital area. Bare bones hotel and it’s hit or miss with cleanliness. This is my third stay here. First room I was put in was not clean and smelled terrible. Sheets had not been changed from previous guest. The counter and kitchenette area was filthy! Second room was clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet too. Overall, I will return simply due to the convenience.
