Fully satisfied.there was no any complained against the service. Sohadev and Anirban is really a good server. Throughly enjoyed the dinner ***** with drinks. The ambience is really good at skygrill came after long time to shillong and nothing could have been better. Other than coming to polo towers and enjoying the lovely vibe. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the business district and recreational areas. The room was tastefully decorated and offered a serene retreat after a busy day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive to my needs. The hotel's spa facilities were a definite highlight. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Hospitable hotel
My friend and I were welcomed the moment we entered the building. The check-in process was pretty fast, and they guided us to the room. Complimentary daily breakfast and breakfast dishes were delicious. There is a restaurant at the top of the building. They provided the menu in each room, which you simply phone to order dishes. They will bring a tray of your order to your room. There is a TV and hundred of free channels in the room. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. In addition, staff in the hotel have a good knowledge of local amenities. We enjoyed our stay there. We would love to return to this hotel the next time we plan to explore Meghalaya.
