This is a little bit older property, but still is in good shape and was clean. The staff was fantastic and Ms. Pat was so kind.

While i spent most of the day Saturday and Saturday night, it was about midnight when i noticed the ac didnt work. A little uncomfortable sleeping. So thats why i give 2 stars. Not much they can do that late. Otherwise great motel.

Dirty - would never stay again
Dirty, leaking , and overall unsafe. Changed rooms several times, each room was just as bad. Several other guests were also trying to switch rooms. After the 5th dirty room, I left and checked into another hotel. We had two days left at Candlewood which they refused to refund.

The property upon arrival is confusing. There was no signage as to where to enter. The check-in staff, AJ, was very kind. That was the main highlight of our stay. The hotel was quiet, but in very poor condition, especially cleanliness-wise. There was mold on the bathroom exhaust fan. There were stains all over the carpet, both in our room and in the hallways/common areas. The flooring in the kitchen area was peeling up. The hotel also smelled - our room was humid and smelled like feet. The lobby area reeked of smoke, as staff and guests would smoke very near the doors, despite the “100% smoke free property” signs. We were staying with our infant and all of these issues made us uncomfortable.

I went on a weekend trip with my husband and 3 kids. We were arriving later in the evening. The hotel called at almost 11pm and informed me that the room I booked wasnt going to be available the 1st night. Instead of a room with 2 beds, we were booked into 2 separate rooms. Which would have been fine, except we were charged the same price, even though the rooms book at different prices. We were required to reload our stuff back in our car after the 1st night because our double room wouldnt be available until later that afternoon, but the hotel needed to be able to clean and rebook the single rooms. The second night we got
